Shipping Policy

Shipping Area:

  • We currently ship Kanna within Canada.

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed and packaged within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Carrier:

  • Orders are shipped using Chit Chats. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, and while most packages arrive in 2-4 days, you can generally expect delivery within 5-10 business days after your order has been processed.

Returns Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • At Kanna Wellness, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products.

    To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, sealed packaging and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

    If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team before initiating a return. We are happy to assist with any questions or concerns.

    How to Initiate a Return:

    1. Email our customer service team at hello@kannawellness.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

    3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    4. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will issue a refund.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at kannawellness.ca@gmail.com with the subject “RETURN.”: Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the product is in its original packaging as when you received it.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within upon approval.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at kannawellness.ca@gmail.com with the subject “EXCHANGE”. Exchanges are only processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Note that opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for a exchange.
