Shipping Policy

Shipping Area:

  • We currently ship only to addresses within Canada.

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed and packaged within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Carrier:

  • Orders are shipped using Canada Post. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but you can generally expect delivery within 5-10 business days after your order has been processed.

Returns Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kanna. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@kannawellness.com with the subject “RETURN.”: Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at hello@kannawellness with the subject “EXCHANGE”. Exchanges are only processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
